Coordinating Team

The Coordinating Team (CT) was formed to implement the policies and goals developed by the UUCF Board of Directors on behalf of the congregation. The CT is essentially accountable for day-to-day operations at UUCF. 

The Coordinating Team structure was established in 2005 when the congregation voted to adopt Policy-based Governance as its governance model.

The Parish Minister is the lead member of the Coordinating Team, which also consists of the Interim Associate Minister, UUCF Executive Director, and two lay members. The lay members are selected by the Board of Directors and each serves no more than two 2-year terms.

The CT meets every Tuesday.
