Religious Exploration Forms
The Religious Exploration Registration Form is required for all children and youth to be enrolled in the RE program that runs from September-June.
The Summer 2009 RE Registration Form is required for kindergarten-rising 5th graders to be enrolled in the summer RE program.
The RE Permission Form is required to be filled out by a parent or guardian before a child or youth can participate in an RE-sponsored field trip.
