The ideal candidate loves and understands youth and has significant organizational and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with youth, advisers, parents, lay leaders, ministry teams and staff. Currently, about 65 middle school and 50 high school youth are enrolled in the religious education (RE) program with average participation at youth group activities ranging from 10-20 youth.
