March For Our Lives bus sign-up

Sat., Mar. 24, 12 p.m., Pennsylvania Avenue between 3rd Street and 12th Street NW, Washington, DC. Buses leave UUCF parking lot at 9:30 a.m. (time may change). Adult sign-up here. Youth sign-up here. On Mar. 24, the kids and families of March For Our Lives will take to the streets to demand that we end gun violence and mass shootings in our schools today. UUCF has reserved two buses to take marchers to the event. Reservations are first-come, first served, with priority given to youth ages 14-18. Chaperones for our youth will be on both buses. Barni Varro, the minister of our partner church in Transylvania, invites UUCF congregants to come to Szentgerice on Sep. 28-30 to join the Szentgerice Unitarian Church’s celebration of the 450th anniversary of the founding of Unitarianism. This is a great opportunity to visit our partners and deepen our knowledge of the origins of our faith following the issuance of the Edict of Religious Toleration by the Prince of Transylvania in 1568.
