Discussion will include the future of UUCF’s social justice program, including structure, process and goals. Refreshments will be served. Celebrating Native Americans

Sponsored by the Indian Affairs Committee of the Baltimore Yearly Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends. Suggested donation: $2/person or $5/family. More information here. The regional Quaker Indian Affairs Committee is organizing this event to spread the message that Native peoples, particularly from the area in which we live, are still here. Will include film festival, dancing and drumming, food, art exhibit, craft vendors, speakers, and the Piscataway Mobile Museum.

UUCA in Arlington is delighted to offer a fifth cohort of “The Soul of Aging,” an experiential retreat program led by a team of trained facilitators. We invite you to join us, without obligation, for an introductory session on either Wednesday evening, Oct. 3, or Sunday afternoon, Oct. 7. Remaining sessions will take place on three weekends (Friday evening and Saturday morning and afternoon) through the fall.
