Reduce your carbon footprint

Sun., Apr. 21, 10:15 a.m. & 12:15 p.m., Commons. Play the Carbon Footprint Game! We’re focusing on home energy use, which equals 16 tons of carbon emissions per person each year! We will suggest specific ways to cut your carbon footprint – some save money, some cost money – but they all cut carbon. Join UUCF’s Climate Action Group in covering the large black Carbon Footprint with stickers showing our commitment to carbon-saving activities. Televisions, radios, computers, clocks, computers and game consoles consume power even when they’re turned off! Stop by the Commons table after services for the list of carbon-saving activities and the stickers.
