The Fairfax LGBTQ Youth (FLY) group is looking for facilitators. Facilitators work in teams of two or more to create safe, supportive and social spaces for LGBTQ youth ages 12-19. Facilitators receive training about group processes and need to pass a background check. The group meets twice a month, on the first Tuesdays and third Fridays, but we take turns facilitating, so you don’t need to be available for all of these. FLY is a part of DC Metro PFLAG.
