Join Act for Climate Today! (ACT!) to hear Dan Jasper, an expert in multidisciplinary solutions for climate change and poverty alleviation in South Asia and Africa, share how our food choices can shape the future of this planet.
Dan is speaking in a personal capacity at this event. In his day job, he is the policy advisor for Project Drawdown’s Drawdown Lift. Previously, he worked for the American Friends Service Committee where he advocated for peace, humanitarian cooperation and international development in Asia. He has appeared in numerous media outlets and also administered the U.S. State Department’s International Visitor Leadership Program. Dan served in the Peace Corps assisting national ministries with local education programs in Turkmenistan from 2008-10 and in St. Lucia from 2013-14.
