This four-session summer class will explore lessons learned from past movements to help us be effective today. Whether you are a longtime activist or looking to get newly involved, there is something here for you.

Andrew Batcher is the social justice coordinator at UUCF. He has previously worked at Cedar Lane UU, Nonviolence International, and has over 15 years of experience as an activist and community organizer. He has been involved in the anti-war movement, Occupy, the environmental movement and movements for racial justice. He has helped plan major national actions and campaigns and believes strongly in the need to combine action with learning.Contact:
