Plumb the teachings of Jack Kornfield’s book “The Wise Heart,” as well as Thich Nhat Hahn, Pema Chödrön, Tolle, Tara Brach and others. Practice mindfulness through reading (mind), movement (body) and meditation (spirit) and the shared wisdom of others in the group.
