We need 150 volunteers to join our partnering faith communities and other contributors. We especially want to invite new volunteers – whether new to UUCF or new to the Hypothermia Prevention Program – to join us overnight, to drive our guests and any of the many other important tasks involved in this service. Training is provided – we need you! Donation bins and wish lists are in the Sanctuary and Program Building. Cash donations are also welcome; this year we begin a plan to make the project self-funded and reduce the financial demand on the UUCF Social Justice budget. Your financial support means not only helping prevent hypothermia, but it will allow social justice funds to be used on other important projects; just write “hypothermia” on your check made payable to UUCF.
