Join other parents working to apply mindfulness to their lives and particularly their parenting. Meetings generally include a 20-30-minute seated meditation and time for discussion of a topic of interest to the group. If you have not practiced meditation before, you are most welcome, but please contact Torie Gorges beforehand so you’ll know what to expect.
