Twice a year, volunteers from UUCF join our neighbors at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Oakton Stake, to clean up our adopted 1½ mile stretch of Hunter Mill Road. It’s a simple, hands-on way to make a visible difference right here in our neighborhood.
Four volunteers are needed to meet in the UUCF parking lot at 9:30am and make Hunter Mill Road beautiful. Volunteers must be 15 or older, although younger people are welcome to participate if they walk with a parent. Students can earn credit hours for service-learning projects!
