Coordinating Team (CT)

The Coordinating Team (CT) implements the policies and goals developed by the UUCF Board of Directors on behalf of the congregation. The CT is essentially accountable for day-to-day operations at UUCF and is responsible for drafting the congregation’s long-range strategic plan and annual budget, both of which are approved by the Board of Directors. The CT also drafts and maintains UUCF operating policies and procedures. The senior minister is the lead member of the Coordinating Team, which also consists of the operations manager, finance manager, and two lay members. The lay members are selected by the Board of Directors and each serves no more than two, 2-year terms. The CT meets most Thursdays. Contact the CT at coordinatingteam@uucf.org.
