Dedication for Sunday, November 17

Gladys Henrikson dedicates this service to Dick and Sharon Van Duizend, 50-year active members in UUCF, for their extensive leadership of our UUCF Partner Church Circle, an international outreach program. The partnership between UUCF and the Szentgerice Unitarian Church, comprised of ethnic Hungarians, started as part of a Unitarian Universalist Association program in 1991. Dick and Sharon were members of our UUCF choir in 1992 when they and the choir first visited the Transylvanian village of Szentgerice in Romania. Their dedication to the Szentgerice church and UUCF’s other partner church in Puriang, India, has been steadfast ever since.
