This November, make room to notice what sustains you and what connects us. While you’re noticing, take a little time to share your gratitudes. At UUCF, you can list them in your Gratitude Passport (available at UUCF after worship services). Remember to bring your passport to worship and get your entries stamped after the service. You can also list your gratitudes online using this app created by congregant Cherie Lejeune, or through your social media accounts. Tag @uucongregationfairfax if you want to make sure others at UUCF see your gratitudes. Here are some gratitude categories you might consider: the natural world, kindness, opportunities for growth, shedding burdens, ordinary comforts, people or animals, self-care, community, social justice. music/art/culture, spiritual practices.
May what we appreciate shape how we care for one another.
