In July, the congregation generously donated $1,311 to the Howard University Stigma Project. The organization will use the funds to continue its focus on education, research, and advocacy to fight the stigma that prevents individuals with conditions like HIV and mental health concerns from disclosing diagnoses to loved ones, seeking testing and medical care, and adhering to treatment and follow up.
