Condolences for Rod Paolini
Condolences to the family of former UUCF member Rod Paolini, who passed away recently. Rod was active in many UUCF social justice initiatives, mostly in the areas of immigration justice and interfaith engagement.
Condolences to Susan Kirby
Condolences to Susan Kirby on the death of her husband, William Kirby, a UUCF congregant since 2014. Bill died Friday, September 13, of glioblastoma. He was 84 years old. Bill had retired from his 38-year career as a U.S. Geological Survey research hydrologist in 2005. At UUCF he had participated in the Muslim Liaison Group, the Global Affairs Discussion Group, Science, Reason & Religion, a Soul Matters group, and the Ideas Forum. Bill is also survived by his daughter Janet, son Thomas, and two grandsons, Jordi and Ferran Amaral.
