Lift your spirits with these videos of the joy and exuberance of the Anniversary Day celebration of the members of UUCF’s partner congregation in Puriang, India – including performances of the church’s children’s and youth choirs and a torchlight procession through the village complete with a flaming chalice on the sound truck. Anniversary Day marks the founding of the first indigenous Unitarian church in the Khasi Hills region in 1887. It is a state holiday for Unitarians. In addition to the celebrations, the commemoration included three contemplative church services.
