First impressions matter, and UUCF strives to offer every new visitor a warm greeting and a chance to connect. To do this, the Welcome Table is staffed with three volunteers each Sunday – two Welcomers and one Connector.
- Welcomers greet visitors, ask them to complete a Visitor Form, and share information about upcoming activities. They return to the Welcome Table after the service to help anyone wishing to sign the membership book.
- The Connector helps visitors find seats in the Sanctuary and connects with visitors after the service to introduce them to others. These personal interactions lead to real connections.
Volunteering at the Welcome Table is an easy and fun way to meet new people and introduce them to all that UUCF has to offer. Training is provided. To volunteer, fill out the Welcomer or Connector parts of this volunteer form.
