Assistant Director of Family Ministries cfirth@uucf.org 703-281-4230, x132 Courtney Firth began working as UUCF’s youth ministry coordinator in September 2015. She was promoted to the position of Assistant Director of Family Ministries in January 2024. Before that she was the interim coordinator for spiritual development at Accotink UU Church in Burke, VA, and has had several positions in recent years serving and caring for youth and children. Courtney has traveled and lived in many parts of the U.S. and world. When she finally landed in Northern Virginia, Courtney became a member of Bull Run UUs in Manassas, VA, where she met her husband, Richard, and stepdaughter, Abby. In December 2017, Courtney and her family welcomed baby Jack into their family. Courtney enjoys music, including singing in an Irish band, and teaching herself the banjo. She is also on sabbatical from playing handbells. Courtney and her husband, son and stepdaughter live in Centreville, VA.
